Schedule your no obligation Discovery Call with SG Home Builders. We'll discuss your project, your timeline, budget, design, and more as we get to know you and your vision.

Design-Build

Over the next 12-24 months, you and our fully in-house team join forces to select lots (if applicable), create floor plans/layouts with our architect, bring your vision to life with our designer, and build your 100% custom built home. Our team is local to the Chicagoland area so we know the in's and out's of local and state building code. Our close connections ensure your homes permits are pulled according to local laws in a timely manner and we promise to keep our clients up-to-date every step of the way.
