At the Cowell's Naperville home, we transformed a compartmentalized layout into a bright, functional home tailored to modern living. By reconfiguring the main floor and relocating the powder bathroom, we opened up the kitchen to improve both flow and sightlines. A spacious new working island anchors the space, offering added functionality and connection to surrounding rooms.

We also carved out purposeful zones, including a practical mudroom drop zone and a charming multi-use office that doubles as a sewing room—both thoughtfully designed to suit the homeowners’ everyday needs.

Upstairs, the primary bathroom underwent a complete transformation. By removing the outdated drop-in tub, we expanded the laundry room and created a spa-like ensuite featuring a walk-in curbless shower and floating vanity. The result is a clean, contemporary space that prioritizes comfort and style.
