Bold and Beautiful New Construction

In this project, our client took a beloved family property and reimagined it from the ground up. The original structure was removed to make way for a custom retreat designed for relaxation, entertaining, and spending meaningful time with loved ones. Every space in the new home was carefully planned to reflect her personal style and design goals.

The main floor features a spacious open-concept kitchen, great room, and dining area, all perfectly suited for hosting large gatherings. A tranquil indoor spa and luxurious owner's retreat offer a daily escape, while a first-floor office adds both functionality and elegance.

The lower level was designed with hospitality in mind, complete with a private guest suite and a hidden speakeasy that brings a unique and memorable element to the home. Upstairs, additional guest bedrooms and a cozy lounge provide comfortable accommodations for visiting family and friends.

This home is more than a rebuild. It is a complete reinvention. Every detail was considered to bring our client's dream to life, creating a personal sanctuary that blends everyday comfort with timeless, thoughtful design.
