Two Bath
Transformation
Full renovation of two three-piece bathrooms, including demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, custom vanities, and fixture upgrades for improved functionality.

This project centered on creating two distinct experiences within the same home—each with its own identity, while still feeling cohesive overall.
In the basement, the goal was to lean into a richer, more dramatic palette. Floor-to-ceiling tile, unlacquered brass fixtures, and a walnut vanity bring depth and warmth, elevating the space beyond a typical lower-level bathroom. The result is a moody, design-forward environment that feels intentional rather than secondary.
Upstairs, the approach shifted to something lighter and more classic. Ann Sacks ceramic tile paired with marble flooring creates a layered, high-end foundation, while a white oak vanity introduces warmth in a more understated way. The overall feel is timeless—refined without being overly formal.
Balancing these two directions within the same project was key. Each bathroom serves a different purpose, but together they reflect a cohesive level of detail and design intention throughout the home.
Key Features:
- Floor-to-ceiling tile application in basement bathroom
- Unlacquered brass plumbing fixtures and hardware
- Custom walnut vanity in basement for a rich, moody aesthetic
- Ann Sacks ceramic tile in upstairs bathroom
- Marble flooring for an elevated, classic finish
- White oak vanity introducing warmth and balance
- Two distinct design directions executed within a cohesive overall vision

Projects like this highlight the importance of aligning design intent with real-world constraints—especially in smaller spaces where every decision has an impact.
Our role was to guide the process from both a design and execution standpoint, helping refine selections, manage trade-offs, and ensure that each space achieved its intended feel without overcomplicating the build. With two distinct design directions, clarity in decision-making was key.
The end result is a strong example of how thoughtful planning and collaboration can elevate even the smallest spaces—delivering high-quality, highly tailored outcomes that feel both intentional and lasting.
